These Terms govern access to Routr’s mobile application, websites, route-planning features, community services, and authentication messaging program.
Effective September 4, 2026
Operator. Routr is a brand and service currently operated by Cooper & Co. Technology, LLC., a Tennessee limited liability company. “Routr,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Cooper & Co. Technology, LLC.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By creating an account, requesting an authentication message, accessing Routr, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Routr. If you use Routr on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. Routr is currently designed for users in the United States and may not be available or appropriate in every location.
3. Accounts
Personal accounts use a mobile phone number and one-time authentication code. You must provide accurate information, control the phone number associated with your account, protect access to your device and messages, and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorized use. You may not sell, transfer, impersonate, or create an account for another person without authorization.
Business accounts, where available, may use separately provisioned credentials and are subject to additional verification. A verified badge indicates that Routr completed its applicable internal verification process; it is not an endorsement, guarantee, or certification of every statement or service offered by that business.
4. The Routr service
Routr helps users discover, create, share, save, follow, and complete multi-stop routes involving restaurants, parks, stores, landmarks, and other places. Features may include maps, search, route navigation, check-ins, completion records, ratings, social content, profiles, sponsored placements, and in-app notifications.
We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features. Pre-release and beta features may be incomplete, change without notice, contain errors, or experience downtime. Routr does not currently process payments for places or businesses featured in the app.
5. Routes, navigation, places, and safety
Use your judgment and pay attention to your surroundings. Routr is a planning and discovery aid, not an emergency, transportation, accessibility, or professional navigation service.
Routes, stops, place details, directions, operating hours, road and trail conditions, accessibility information, prices, and availability may be user-submitted, third-party supplied, outdated, inaccurate, unsafe, inaccessible, closed, or unavailable. Verify important information directly with the place and follow posted rules, closures, property boundaries, and local law.
Do not interact with Routr while driving. Follow traffic laws and device-use restrictions. Navigation instructions do not replace road signs, official directions, weather or emergency alerts, or common sense. You are responsible for choosing whether and how to travel, enter a location, participate in an activity, or complete a route. If conditions appear unsafe, stop and seek a safe alternative.
Check-in verification may be affected by GPS accuracy, device settings, signal conditions, or place coordinates. A verified check-in is a product feature, not proof of identity, legal presence, safety, purchase, or entitlement.
6. User content and community features
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Routr a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, adapt for technical formatting, publish, display, distribute, and otherwise use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, promote, and improve Routr. This license continues for content that remains part of shared routes or discussions after account deletion, with identifying attribution removed as described in our Privacy Policy.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to submit your content and that it does not violate law, privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, contract, or another person’s rights. You remain responsible for your content and interactions.
We may use automated systems to review uploaded images and may review any content manually. We may reject, restrict, remove, preserve, or disclose content when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, address reports, protect safety, or comply with law. We do not undertake to monitor all content and do not endorse user submissions.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use Routr to:
violate law, trespass, facilitate harm, or interfere with emergency or public-safety operations;
harass, threaten, exploit, discriminate against, impersonate, or expose private information about another person;
publish illegal, sexually exploitative, hateful, fraudulent, malicious, or infringing material;
send spam, manipulate engagement, create deceptive accounts, or misuse reports;
probe, bypass, disable, overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with security, rate limits, authentication, moderation, or service operation, except as permitted by applicable law and an authorized security program;
scrape, harvest, resell, or use Routr data to profile people without authorization; or
upload malware or attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
8. Routr authentication SMS terms
Program name: Routr Authentication.
By entering your mobile number on Routr’s sign-in screen and tapping “Send code,” you expressly consent to receive an automated, one-time text message containing an account authentication code from or on behalf of Routr. Messages are transactional and user-initiated; Routr does not use this program for marketing.
Message frequency varies according to the authentication requests you initiate.
Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to cancel. After opting out, you will not receive additional messages unless you opt in again. Because Routr uses phone authentication, opting out may prevent access to your account.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided and are authorized to consent to messages at that number. Notify us before transferring or discontinuing the number. Mobile information and messaging consent are handled as described in our Privacy Policy and are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
9. Third-party services and content
Routr relies on third-party platforms and may link to places, businesses, websites, map content, or services we do not control. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services. We are not responsible for third-party availability, accuracy, conduct, content, goods, services, or transactions. Sponsored placement indicates a commercial relationship for visibility; it does not guarantee quality, safety, availability, or suitability.
10. Suspension, termination, and account deletion
You may stop using Routr at any time and may request account deletion through available account controls. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure, abused the service, or when necessary to protect Routr or others. Where appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to appeal.
Account deletion, recovery, anonymization, and retained shared content are described in the Privacy Policy. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, licenses, disclaimers, limitations, indemnification, and dispute terms—will survive.
11. Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROUTR IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, SAFETY, AND QUIET ENJOYMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ROUTR WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PARTICULAR ROUTE, PLACE, PERSON, DEVICE, OR PURPOSE.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be waived.
12. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COOPER & CO. TECHNOLOGY, LLC. AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO ROUTR, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO ROUTR OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID ROUTR DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot legally be limited.
13. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cooper & Co. Technology, LLC. and its members, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your content, your misuse of Routr, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person’s rights. We reserve the right to control the defense of a matter subject to indemnification, and you agree to cooperate reasonably.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any rights you cannot waive, disputes arising from these Terms or Routr will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue. Before filing a claim, you and Routr agree to make a good-faith effort for 30 days to resolve the dispute informally by emailing the other party with a description of the issue and requested resolution.
15. General terms
These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Routr concerning the service unless another written agreement applies. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remainder will continue. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a reorganization, financing, merger, acquisition, or transfer of Routr. Section headings are for convenience only.
We may update these Terms. We will post updated Terms here and revise the effective date. Material changes will receive additional notice when required. Continued use after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance, except where law requires another form of consent.
